Setup two challenges, one for truth and one for dare. Each player, when it's their turn must choose truth or dare. If they fail the challenge, they must perform the action.

All actions must be with a person you are NOT currently attached to.

A person can refuse to do an action, but they must take two drinks.

For dares, you must pick people evenly. You can't pick a person for a dare a second time if you haven't picked everyone at least once.
